RENTAL POLICIES: Reservations start in January 2 of the vacation year, or in the previous December if you are a past customer. Two week or longer vacations are preferable rentals, but we also have one week availability. All rental properties are subject to strict maximum occupation limits that include children, infants are an exception. No large parties or events are permitted at rental homes. All rentals are subject to a reservation fee of $50, payable upon confirmed reservation. One week rentals have a 100% deposit, 2 week or longer have 50% deposit, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We also have a $500 security depoisit due in a separate check. We do not accept credit cards. Cancellations are refunded upon rebooking, minus a $100 rebooking fee.
